We undertake a comprehensive baseline assessment for each young person to determine their strengths, aspirations, and specific support needs, resulting in a bespoke independent living plan.

Specialist Counselling: Drug & alcohol, emotional wellbeing & anger management.

Financial Management: Budgeting, benefits assistance, and tenancy prep.

Advocacy Support: Joining Care Leavers Association and peer guidance.

Dedicated Project Workers: Ontra Healthcare employs skilled Project Workers who support each young person daily to achieve their full individual potential.
